Today's video focuses on opening the heart, strengthening the shoulders and core and includes pincha mayurasana...forearm balance. There were lots of comments on the videos that included headstand and handstand, so I hope you have fun going upside down today too. Remember, ifyou have injuries, high blood pressure that isn't controlled, glaucoma or your moon cycle is heavy, please practice dolphin pose instead.

Additional "homework:"Watch a movie that makes you happy! You could choose a comedy that makes you laugh out loud, or something that fills your heart with joy. There's even a documentary called, "Happy" that focuses on people around the world who are happy and how they live...it's quite beautiful!
