Yoga on the RumbleRoller is great for deep stretching. Dina Kleiman has a RumbleRoller certification and is a master trainer. Dina focuses on techniques to smooth out the connective tissue in the lower body. If you don't have a RumbleRoller, you can use a regular styrofoam roller or a rolled up towel or blanket. A rolled up towel or blanket would probably work best if you wrap some string around it to help hold it's shape.
